One of the common responses I've been observing as I taught about the Last Days is the fear of the unknown. Specifically, a rather less-than-enthusiastic response from some about the idea that Jesus will soon return.
I think some of this anxiety must come from the complete misunderstanding of what heaven is going to be like. We all fear what we don't understand.
